October Schedule Changes

Starting today, October 1st, 2015 – BPY brings in some changes to the studio’s schedule.

Can you believe it?  Balanced Planet Yoga has had its doors open for just about 6 months.  What an adventure it has been and we have loved every second!  What an amazing honor it has been to get to know each and every one of us.  You continue to inspire us with your hard work, and your unique perspectives on life have enriched our lives and those of our entire community!

Looking back at the last six months, we have decided to introduce a few schedule changes.  Notably, check out these new class times:

Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 am classes – these will be 60 minutes – Tuesdays will be an invigorating vinyasa with Katie and Thursdays brings our newest BPY teacher, Zach Brown with an Intro to Budokon class.

Mondays and Wednesdays are now the days to find 12 noon 60 minute classes. – Both these classes are vinyasa based and will be taught by a combo of Katie, Shannon, and Zach.

We’ve moved Friday’s 6 pm class to 5:30 pm to stay in line with our Happy Hour time slot. – Wendy will still bring you a Friday night hot class but at a new time!

Friday night is the night for families!!  You asked, we are delivering – Family Yoga Friday night at 7 pm every week!  Come join Kate, Lauren, Chrissy, or Cheryl every Friday this Fall for some family fun.

Sunday’s Restorative class is now at 6:30 pm instead of 7 pm. – Heather will be introducing new techniques into your restorative practice this Fall!
