Brianna has always had a passion for personal wellness. She began her fitness journey early, first by swimming competitively in high school and then playing rugby in college. Once college was over, she became interested in running. But after she experienced a running injury, she discovered the myriad health benefits offered through yoga.
Yoga was a brand new mental and physical challenge that she couldn’t get enough of. She found herself on the mat daily and many times, more than once a day. In 2011, Brianna became a certified 200 hour Barkan Method Hot Yoga Instructor. In the five years she has been practicing and teaching yoga, she has taught at multiple yoga studios, on military bases, in the Rancocas Valley High School physical education program, in CrossFit Gyms, and at children’s summer camps.
Brianna loves helping people become their best selves through fitness and nutrition. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Lee University and is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Brianna currently works for Wodify, a company that makes software for the CrossFit industry. She’s a certified Level 1 CrossFit coach and enjoys weight training and cross training workout styles. When she isn't training or teaching, Brianna loves Pinterest, cooking, and spending time with her fiancé, Eric.
