Whether your goal is to teach or simply discover new depths + pathways within your practice, Balanced Planet Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is both a training program and powerful personal development course. Enter the program with curiosity, and an open mind and heart, and graduate feeling confident, connected and changed for the better. 


We are first and foremost a vinyasa-based studio + school that teaches the pivotal power of a balanced mind with linked breath + movement. Our program is designed to deepen your understanding of teaching and taking a vinyasa class, while also exploring other complimentary branches of the yoga tree. BPY’s “ YTT” lovingly exposes it’s trainees to styles such as Yin, Kundalini, Pranayama, Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, and more. It is our belief that the eclectic knowledge from these various styles will create a well-rounded, full-bodied practice that will take you beyond the edges of your yoga mat and into “the real world” where real changes happens. 

Program Structure

This training begins with a 3-day immersion followed by a series of weekends. Our program is set to meet one weekend a month for five months.
