More Than a Certificate
Yoga teacher training is a life-changing experience for everyone involved. We cry, we laugh, we grow, and we learn — together, in community. This isn't just about becoming a teacher: you'll explore new ways to think, cope, and relate to the human experience through ancient and modern practices.
And no — you don't need to touch your toes, know Sanskrit, or feel "ready." You need a consistent practice, an open heart, and the willingness to begin.
Give Back
Share your passion for the practice through BPY's unique flow — and offer your community the gift that yoga has given you.
Gain Balance
Deepen your understanding of the history and philosophy of yoga, and find steadiness on and off the mat.
Get Bliss
