BPY Yoga Classes

Every one of our yoga classes in Marlton is open to every body — but they don't all feel the same. Some are warm and vigorous. Some are slow, floor-based and quiet. Here's what each one is actually like, so you can pick the room that fits the day you're having.

New to yoga? Start here.

Beginner Yoga (60 minutes, unheated) is our foundations class. We move slowly, name the poses, explain the props, and build in time to ask questions. No experience needed, no flexibility required, and nobody expects you to keep up with anyone.

If you'd rather read first: our Beginner's Guide to Yoga covers what to bring and what to expect, and What to Expect at Your First Yoga Class walks you through the hour minute by minute.

Vinyasa

Breath-linked movement at room temperature. Our largest category — something most days of the week.

60 min · Unheated

Vinyasa

Our daily flow. Postures linked to breath, building from a warm-up through standing work to a grounded finish. Steady, well-rounded, and different in flavour depending on who's teaching.

45 min · Unheated · Early

Vinyasa 45

The same practice, condensed for a morning that has somewhere else to be. Straight into it, no wasted minutes, out the door by eight.

60 min · Unheated

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Fewer poses, held longer. The sequencing has room in it — time to find the shape, settle, and actually breathe before moving on. A good bridge if faster classes feel rushed.

60 min · Unheated

BPY Flow

Our signature sequence — a flow built and refined by BPY teachers, with a recognisable arc from start to finish. Familiar enough to sink into, varied enough to stay interesting.

60 min · Unheated · All levels

Beginner Yoga

Foundations, taught properly. Poses explained, modifications offered, props demonstrated, questions welcome. For absolute beginners and for anyone returning after time away.

Hot Yoga — the RED Room

Our infrared-heated studio. Infrared warms your body directly rather than superheating the air, so the room feels penetrating rather than stifling.

60 min · Heated

Vinyasa RED

Our flow practice in the infrared room. The warmth opens the body sooner, which means deeper work and a lot more sweat. Bring water and a towel.

75 min · Heated

Vinyasa RED | 75

The long-form version. The extra fifteen minutes buy a fuller warm-up and an unhurried savasana — the parts that usually get compressed.

60 min · Heated

BPY Flow RED

Our signature sequence, heated. If you know BPY Flow from the unheated room, this is the same shape of practice with the intensity turned up.

60 min · Heated

Movement + Meditation

Forty-five minutes of movement under the RED light, then fifteen minutes of guided meditation or yoga nidra. Solar energy first, lunar stillness after — you leave feeling like you slept.

Yin

Floor-based, long-held, deeply quiet. Yin works into connective tissue rather than muscle — which is why the poses look easy and don't feel it.

60 min · Unheated

Yin

Supported floor postures held three to five minutes each. Props do the holding so you can stop working. Stillness is the practice — and it asks more of the mind than the body.

60 min · Unheated

Reiki-Infused Yin + Gong Bath

Yin with two additions: hands-on reiki offered as you rest, and the sound of the gong washing through the room. Among the deepest rest we offer.

Power Yoga + Fusion

Where yoga meets strength work. Expect to be sore in places a flow class doesn't usually find.

60 min

Yoga Sculpt

Vinyasa with light weights layered in. Strength and cardio inside a yoga frame — the sequencing is familiar, the effort is not. Small class size.

60 min

YBarre

Barre-inspired: small, precise, repetitive movements that find the muscles nobody trains, held until they complain. Balanced with yoga's breath and stretch.

60 min

Vin to Yin

Both halves of the practice in one hour. Flowing vinyasa to warm and work the body, then a drop into long-held yin. Effort and surrender, in that order.

Meditation

7 min · Online · Free · Daily

Morning Meditation

Seven minutes, every morning at 7:30, online and free to anyone. Long enough to change the shape of a day, short enough that you'll actually do it. No mat, no camera, no excuses.

Restorative + Healing

Nothing to achieve. These classes exist to downshift the nervous system.

60 min · Unheated

Reiki + Restorative

Fully supported postures held for long stretches, with reiki offered to each student as you rest. You are propped, covered and left alone to let go.

By appointment

Private Sessions

One-on-one or small group, built around what you need — an injury to work with, a practice to deepen, or simply wanting to learn without a room full of people.
