Parking, and finding the door

There's a free shared lot right in front of the building, and there's almost always room — you won't be circling. Park anywhere in it and walk straight to us.

We're Suite F, a storefront with our sign on it, facing the lot. No hallways, no buzzer, no hunting around the back of the building. You'll see the door from your car.

If you're running late — or need to leave early

We hold the door for a few extra minutes, so don't panic if traffic on 70 is against you. After that we don't bring people in. Once the room has settled, opening the door again pulls everyone back out of it — it's not a rule for its own sake, it's protecting the container the group has already built.

We'd also encourage you to stay for the whole class, savasana included. It's the part people are most tempted to skip and the part that does the most. If you do need to leave early, let your instructor know before class starts and slip out before savasana begins rather than during it.

Getting here from around South Jersey

We're on Route 70, which makes us an easy drive from most of Burlington and Camden County.

Your first visit

Arrive about ten minutes early so you're not rushing. Someone will meet you, show you where things are, and point you to a spot.

What we have here

  • Mats to borrow — you don't need to buy one to try a class.
  • Props — blocks, straps and bolsters, all provided.
  • Water — a filling station, so bring a bottle if you like.
  • Somewhere to change — changing space and cubbies for your things.

What to bring

  • Clothes you can move in. That's genuinely it — no special gear.
  • A water bottle, if you'd rather not use a cup.
  • A towel for the heated RED classes.

Want the full walkthrough?

We wrote a longer piece on exactly what happens in the room — what to expect at your first yoga class. If you're nervous about walking in, start there. And if you're brand new to the practice itself, the beginner's guide to yoga covers the rest.

Getting in, and who the studio is for

The studio is step-free and all on one level. No stairs to get in the door, nothing to climb once you're inside.

We teach for a wide range of bodies and circumstances, and we say so on purpose:

  • Chair yoga — a full practice done seated or with a chair for support, with no floor work and no getting up and down. For limited mobility, balance concerns, injury recovery, or simply being new to movement. It runs as an occasional pop-up rather than a weekly class, so check the schedule or text us and we'll let you know when the next one lands.
  • Trauma-informed yoga — taught in the Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga framework, with invitational language, no hands-on assists, and choice over every movement.
  • Prenatal and postnatal yoga — adapted trimester by trimester, and for the months after.
  • Beginner yoga — slow, named poses, explained props, and room to ask questions.

We're LGBTQ+ friendly and women-owned. If you have a question about whether something will work for your body, call us or text us on the green bubble — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
