Looking for a Meaningful Fall Reset?

Join Cheryl and Bob this September for Return to What Matters, a weekend retreat at Super Soul Farm, nestled in Upstate New York. Whether this is your first retreat or your fifth, you belong here — come exactly as you are, and return home not just rested, but more awake.

This weekend, we turn inward and ask a single, quiet question: what distorts how I see? Together we will gently explore the Kleshas — five forces that quietly shape how we perceive, react, and move through the world. No prior experience or philosophy background needed.

The Five Kleshas

  • AvidyaMisperception
  • AsmitaEgo-identification
  • RagaAttachment
  • DvesaAversion
  • AbhinivesaFear of loss

What Gets in the Way?

We all see through filters — old habits, quiet fears, and stories we've stopped questioning. This weekend, we turn gently toward what clouds our seeing, so we can meet ourselves, and each other, a little more clearly.

You do not need to fix anything. You only need to be willing to look.

"We are not broken. We see through conditioning. That is the practice."

Space to Breathe

Super Soul Farm is a quiet stretch of Upstate New York — open fields, woodland trails, and wide, unhurried sky. This is a retreat, not a boot camp. Come to every session, or slip away for a nap, a slow walk, or a long cup of tea on the porch. There is plenty of room to disconnect, reflect, and simply be.

Opt in, opt out, and let the weekend meet you exactly where you are.

Every retreater receives a custom guidebook + journal created just for this weekend — your companion through the teachings, a place to capture what stirs in you, and a road map for what comes next. The weekend ends Sunday at 11. What you find here doesn't have to.
