This challenge is all about creating a healthy lifestyle on and off the mat. Each day we will focus on one of the code of ethics that yogis follow – the Yamas and Niyamas. These are the first two limbs of the eight limb path of yoga. Each day, beginning on the 21st, we will post a pose, an explanation/application of how that Yama or Niyama may apply to you, and a food tip or a recipe to go along with that challenge. So, here is what you need to do if you want to participate:
1. Repost the challenge post to your Instagram Account. You can find it at the studio’s account @balancedplanetyoga
3. Starting on the 21st post a picture of the pose of the day and tag your hosts with the hashtag. Be sure to tell us how you are applying the concepts or your feedback!
