    The studio is hosting 3 special classes to kick New Year’s Day of 2022 First up on January 1st is Holly’s 9 am Vinyasa RED class. Instead of setting a resolution for 2022 on New Year’s Day, Holly will focus on setting a drishti. A drishti translates to perception in Sanskrit, and in the practice of yoga we use this term to indicate our gaze point, such as the nose, the brow point or navel.
