Students may now attend any class at the studio without first signing into MindBody ahead of time. While we certainly still appreciate anytime you can sign in for class in advance, we once again want to allow students who find themselves able to attend class last minute to drop in. BPY’s 5 Minute Meditation Challenge
What if we spent our days in isolation from one another finding a way to connect more? We’ve heard a lot of reasons why people avoid a meditation practice. One of them being the lack of time. Well, one of the bright sides of this quarantine for a lot of us is – a whole heck of a lot of time we never have been able to tap into before. And if you are finding yourself saying you are even busier than before, right now is probably a very good time for you to find a way to take a timeout and get out of fight or flight mode. Listen,…

A Message from Kate & Cheryl – A Virtual Studio
Dear BPY Family, We are living through difficult times. It is hard to believe that we have shut down operations in Marlton to help stop the spread of a virus, COVID-19 and launching a virtual studio. I am sure that all of you are experiencing regular moments of disbelief as well. We are feeling a bit surreal, like we are playing parts in a movie. In the midst of all this, we realize how important it is to stay grounded. How important it is to keep up with our internal housekeeping – to mind our thoughts. We are in it deep too. Living is what we are here to do,…

New to the BPY Shop – What’s CBD Oil?
Choosing a new product to bring into the BPY space takes serious consideration when Kate is doing her homework. This month Kate came across WholeMade Bath Company’s CBD oil products and knew they would resonate with the community. Smart sourcing and sustainability are two core values that the studio has been guided by when establishing relationships with vendors and bringing in products to the studio. WholeMade Bath Company was found by Elissa and Jerell Klaver and today continues to operate out of Fort Collins, Colorado. WholeMade is proud to be one of the original luxury hemp bath and body care companies in the world. We love that the foundational philosophy of…
